Yes we are. Please call prior to visiting the workshop to ensure someone is there to meet with you.
What are your business hours?
Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm.
Our online facilities are available all day everyday.
Do you pick up and deliver?
Yes we do. Kane and myself like to personally meet with all I clients and handle all the pick up and deliveries ourselves. Excluding pianos, for this the client is to arrange their own couriers.
Can I get a quote by sending you a picture?
Yes. Send us a picture via email and we will give you an estimate of cost. A fixed quote will be given once we have personally viewed the item to be restored.
Do you only work with antique furniture?
Antiques are our specialty but we do work on all types of furniture from Antique to period to modern.
Can you re-glue and recover our dinning chairs?
Yes. This type of job is probably one of our most common restoration jobs.
Do you repair veneer and/or inlay?
Yes, veneer and inlay repair is a specialty of ours. No repair is to small or to Large for us to repair.
How long will it take to have our furniture restored?
We are usually booked out about 4 weeks in advance at any one time. Once a job has been collected and is ready to be restored turnover can range from a 3 days-6weeks depending on the job. Once you have agreed to the quote an estimated time of completion will given to you.
Do you custom build furniture?
Yes we do. We can build tables to any measurement in many styles out of most timbers. We can also build for example extra chairs to
go with a set you already have.
Will you do insurance quotes?
Yes we do handle insurance quotes. We do this for antique and period furniture only. We do not give insurance quotes on modern furniture. Insurance quotes incur a flat fee of $90 for perpetration of quote.
